The Human Abstract es una banda de Metalcore con elementos del Metal progresivo y Metal Neo-clásico originaria de Los Ángeles, California. Su nombre se debe al poema de igual título de William Blake.
Desde sus comienzos, The Human Abstract, quiso obtener un nuevo enfoque en su sonido con elementos del Metalcore combinándolo con Metal Progresivo y Metal Neo-Clásico. Además obtienen influencias de Metal Europeo y Estadounidense. Esta banda debuta con The Human Abstract su EP en (2005) y luego su primer Albúm, Nocturne con Hopeless Records en 22 de agosto, 2006.
